The Town of Parma has four open pavilions available for rent in the Town Park, located at 1300 Hilton-Parma Corners Road (Rt. 259). The Application for Pavilion Use states the responsibilities of the requester (renter) and the Town’s policies for use of pavilions. The following highlights frequently requested information regarding rentals:

• The rental fee is $75.00 for Town of Parma residents and $150.00 for Non-Town residents.
• Pavilions are rented on a first come first serve basis and applications are accepted starting the first business day of the year you wish to rent in.
• Pavilion size is 19’x36’ and seats 65 patrons. Total group size shall not exceed 125 individuals.

• Pavilion Rental Hours: April 1st through October 31st 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and November 1st through March 31st 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Submission of all forms (Application for Pavilion Use) and payment of rental fee will hold the pavilion, date and time.
• Any special or high risk activities may require proof of insurance and/or prior approval from the Town Board.
