YELLOW DOT KITS AVAILABLE AT THE PARMA TOWN HALL - What is a Yellow Dot Kit? The NYS Sheriff’s Department Yellow Dot Program is designed to help first responders provide life-saving medical attention during the first “golden hour” after a crash or an emergency. There are two locations designated for first responders to seek this information.

1. In your car – placing a Yellow Dot decal in the driver's-side rear window of your vehicle will alert first responders that vital medical information is stored in the glove compartment.

2. At your home - placing the Yellow Dot decal at your front door will direct first responders to vital information stored in your freezer.
Free kits are available in the Town Clerk’s office or by going online to www.nysheriff.org.
