Town of Parma Highway Department Located at 51 Henry Street in the Village of Hilton Spring Brush Pick Up will begin April 21st on the South side of Town. Limbs must not be larger than 6" in diameter and should be stacked neatly with the large ends towards the road. Root stumps should be placed in a separate file, not combined with bushes, and should be free of dirt, rocks and metal.
