Site Plan Review Conceptual - $20.00 per lot or dwelling Preliminary - $40.00 per lot or dwelling unit Final - $40.00 per lot or dwelling unit Review fees that exceed the above amounts will be billed to the applicant, plus a 5% processing fee.
